Stateside, which built the Great Harbor Yacht Club and completed the first phase of the White Elephant Hotel Residences on Nantucket, was chosen over several other firms, including UCI Corp., which has offices in Osterville, Mass. and Nantucket, and the JK Scanlan Company, which is currently finishing the new police station off Fairgrounds Road.
The Dreamland Foundation hopes Stateside will begin building the 15,000-square-foot structure on South Water Street this fall, and executive director Patty Roggeveen said Wednesday the Westborough firm had agreed to using a "substantial"Â amount of local labor during the construction of the new theater. Completion of the project is now set for 2012.

“There are no hidden agendas and Stateside has been fair and honest in all their business practices.”
