416 Marlborough Street required the complete renovation and rehabilitation of this 110,000 square foot historic 1895 structure. An additional floor was added to the existing building creating a new penthouse with views of the Charles River and the Boston skyline. The project created 70 high end condominiums when completed. This project also required installation of new elevators as well as complete new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, interior and exterior architectural restoration was also completed.
