This 2,500 square foot structure was built at the same time as the Old Sandwich Golf Club "Cottages" and is also in keeping with the shingle style of architecture. The design concept was to build a new facility that looked like a converted barn structure yet suited contemporary needs. The building includes three heated golf hitting bays containing state of the art camera systems used for golf instructional pruposes. The building also contains a pro shop and dining area with a bar an outdoor bluestone patio area. Two major design features were the use of reclaimed wood floors and a magnificent stone fireplace with an elevated hearth which make this building's place fitting in this complex as the first building seen upon entering the site.
