This 2500 square foot structure was built at the same time as the Old Sandwich Golf cottages and is also in keeping with the shingle style of architecture. The design concept was to build a facility that looked like a converted barn structure to suit contemporary needs. The building includes three golf hitting bays containing state of the art camera systems used in the teaching of golf. The building also contains a pro shop and living room with a bar. Two major design features were reclaimed wood floors and a magnificent stone fireplace with an elevated hearth and is the first building seen upon entry to the complex. This building was designed by Shope Reno Wharton of Greenwich Connecticut.
