The total project consisted of two phases in order to minimize construction during the primary golf season. The first phase was a new 2,500 square foot stand alone pro shop. The second phase consisted of 80% demolition of the existing early 1900's clubhouse and addition of a new 17,000 square foot clubhouse. Special emphasis was placed on the exterior decks, to maximize the ocean and marsh views. Stateside was selected during the design phase of the project and provided budgeting, pre construction and construction services in conjunction with Brown Lindquist Fennuchio Raber Associates of Yarmouth.
