Golfhouse - This project involved the construction of a 3,800 square foot restaurant facility adjacent to the first tee. As this building was the first facility built at this new golf club, it was necessary to have a marquis facility with strong attention to detail. Stateside provided pre construction and construction management services in conjunction with Weaver & Associates of Belmont on this project. Stateside also performed construction management and pre construction services on the Gate House, Halfway Café and Pump House.
