Stateside is currently constructing the White Elephant Hotel Residences (formally known as the Harbor House Village) on the island of Nantucket. The first phase of construction consists of the demolition of four existing structures, and the construction of four new two story wood frame structures; as well as the total reconstruction of three existing structures. The new White Elephant Hotel Residences will be a five star hotel condominium, the first of its kind in historic Nantucket.

Construction of all of the exterior work including hardscaping and landscaping was completed by the Mid June town imposed exterior work moratorium. Interior work is currently on going with the first buildings being turned over for occupancy by the end of July 2008. The entire first phase includes a total of 25 units, and all new utility infrastructure and parking. The second phase of construction, which has 40 units, is slated to commence on September 15 2008, with a scheduled completion of summer 2009.
