Stateside in conjunction with the owner of the Village Green Apartments has been working together for several years to attain approvals from the Town of Barnstable to construct this 40B housing project. The project consists of six buildings total including five 30 unit residential buildings and a community building. Work also includes a recreation area for the use of the tenants, as well as a complete infrastructure of utilities, roads and parking lots to support the building needs. The permitting is near complete and a Summer 2007 start is projected with a late 2008 completion.
