Stateside is currently working with The Harvard Club to renovate the top floor of One Federal Street. The work is to be completed in two phases. The first phase was completed in the two weeks preceeding Labor Day Weekend and included new ceilings, wood and carpet flooring, wallcovering, lighting, and custom millwork. The second phase is to include a state of the art conference center and is to be completed in January of 2012.
