Pleasant Bay is a 76,400 square foot three story wood frame stand alone Assisted Living Facility built adjacent to the existing Pleasant Bay Nursing and Rehabilitation building and designed by The Architectural Team of Chelsea. As part of the overall project there is an attached 9700 square foot Wellness Center and 1200 square foot detached Maintenance Facility. Project has 50 one bedroom apartments and 9 studio apartments. In addition there is a complete Amphidrome waste management system designed for both the Assisted Living Facility and the Nursing Home.

As part of the design and construction team from inception of the project, Stateside prepared numerous budgets and construction value engineering over a three year period prior to construction start. Working closely with the client, consultants and architect, Stateside developed the final building program and budget.
