Stateside is currently involved the construction of a new addition incorporating a new employee entrance and additional exam rooms as well as extensive interior renovations involving Lobby/Reception, Pharmacy, Exam Rooms, Treatment Rooms and Tech Room. Thel work was completed while the facility remained in full operation which required close coordination and phasing with the staff. Work also involved major HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection upgrades to make the facility modern and code compliant. Structural changes were required to accommodate the new addition. Total work area included approximately 3,000 square feet and the firm of Newbury Design of Framingham is responsible for the design and engineering.
