Stateside has recently completed construction of a new speculative office/warehouse building in the town of Mashpee in conjunction with Prellwitz Chilinski Associates of Cambridge. This 40,000 square foot building is a steel frame building with exterior walls consisting of masonry and metal sandwich panel. The front office area of the building has a lower standing seam metal roof and metal awnings above the aluminum storefront. The project was completed in the Fall of 2007.
