Stateside is currently constructing a Clubhouse for Great Harbor Yacht Club on the island of Nantucket. The construction consists of a 26,000 SF two story wood frame structure with a timber frame component. The building is designed to maintain architectural features that are commonly found on Nantucket with high end interior finishes. The Clubhouse will have kitchens on both the first and second floors to serve members of the yacht club and their guests in a variety of function rooms for dining and leisure. Pile driving is complete and foundations are ongoing. Framing will begin at the end of August 2008. Construction is scheduled to be complete June 15, 2009.
