Stateside constructed a three story 45,000 square foot medical office building of structural steel and brick veneer adjoining the former Goddard Hospital complex in Stoughton, MA. This completely outfitted medical office space was built in conjunction with some of Goddard’s existing medical tenants, one of which occupied the entire third floor and was customized to their needs. The Ritchie Organization of Newton was the architect on this project.
