Stateside was hired under a design/build arrangement and in conjunction with the owner established a design construction team to give this older shopping plaza a new facelift. Upon completion, this high-visibility plaza has been able to attract new tenants and increase customer traffic. Along with the exterior work, Stateside was also contracted to perform interior demolition and build outs of both new and existing tenant spaces. Some of the existing tenants were able to remain in business during the entire process resulting in an uninterrupted occupancy. Stateside engaged the services of Cubellis Associates of Boston to provide Architectural and Engineering work.
